Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of krypton-client.net, downloads, licenses, and related services provided by Krypton Client (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the site or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and you must have permission from a parent or guardian if required. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live.
2. Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us via Discord support if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Products and licenses
- Free plan — limited modules as described on the site; no payment required.
- Lifetime plan — paid license unlocking the full client features described at purchase, for the number of devices stated on the pricing page (currently 1 device unless otherwise specified).
Licenses are personal and non-transferable except as we allow through official support (for example, a device transfer). You may not share, resell, rent, sublicense, or publicly redistribute paid license keys or paid builds.
4. Payments
Lifetime access is sold via PayPal at the price shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location and PayPal’s handling. Access is typically delivered after payment confirmation.
5. Refunds
Because this is digital software delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once a license or download has been delivered, except where required by applicable consumer law. If you believe there was a billing error or you never received access, contact Discord support promptly with your PayPal transaction details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to crack, reverse engineer (except where law allows), bypass license checks, or attack our website or systems
- Use the service to distribute malware or steal accounts
- Misrepresent affiliation with Mojang, Microsoft, DonutSMP, or other third parties
- Abuse support channels or harass staff or other users
We may suspend or revoke licenses and accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks made in bad faith, or violations of these Terms.
7. Third-party servers and game rules
Krypton Client is a third-party Minecraft-related tool. Using modifications or clients on multiplayer servers may violate that server’s rules and can result in bans or other penalties. You use the software at your own risk. We are not responsible for bans, lost items, lost progress, or enforcement actions by any server, including DonutSMP.
8. No affiliation
Krypton Client is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, DonutSMP, or their partners. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
9. Updates and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features, Minecraft version support, or the website at any time. We aim to keep compatibility current but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every update will work on every setup.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and software are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or game accounts, arising from your use of the site or software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim (or €0 if you used only free features).
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the software, violation of these Terms, or violation of any server or third-party rules.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
